The Exquisite Scholarship is a need-based. Our mission is to support and families who are making a difference in their community through public service and need additional funds. Our agency believes that education and service are the keys to empowerment, and we are committed to helping those who give back. To qualify you must provide proof of public service in the community, write a personal statement explaining your financial need, and how will this scholarship will help you achieve your goals.
